Daily Bare Minimums

The one thing that we all have in common is the need to nourish our Mind & Body with water, food, movement, and sleep.

Without our bare minimums it’s impossible to live in alignment with our highest Vibration possible.

To Thrive in this life we must first prioritize the bare minimums that are body requires to feel safe, supported and Loved.

Without space to rest, digest and reflect in our life, we can create an inner world of chaos, that feels uncomfortable in our physical body.

Unconsciously ending up in Survival mode, Often we end up in survival mode , without even realizing. Here we become reactive to our surroundings, Unable to respond with self compassion and love,  we instead react from a place of fear,

This creates tension in our mind and body.

Where are attention goes our intention flows…what if you were prioritizing your bare minimums of life, creating a foundation where you actually THRIVE.

Imagine what it would feel like to live in a higher vibration than you are currently living?

What is one small intentional step you can do to create momentum towards prioritizing the bare minimums for your body to thrive?

Here are a few suggestive steps to create more balanced momentum…

  • Drink a glass of water first thing in the morning.

  • Stock your fridge with Whole Foods.

  • Cook at home, Larger Portions…Leftovers are my best friend, l usually cook enough for 2-4 meals.

  • Move it or lose it, move your body daily in new and different ways often, starting with 5 minutes a day is momentum!

  • Get OUTSIDE, fresh air, movement, connection, almost everything you need happens outside.

  • Sleep, create bedtime routines…read, journal, turn off electronics by 9 p.m. or earlier to prepare your body to unwind.

The first step is to get the above into your Life Calendar.

We are Stronger Together, and Together we Rise…what support are you needing to Move towards more of what brings you Joy. I’m here to support Movement in all ways, less is often more.
