Right Size your Movement

Curious, What is just one Movement you can do today that will allow you to feel lighter in your body?

This is a question I sit with often, especially when I’m excited or overwhelmed about new opportunities and dreams in my life.

Today, this month, and this year I have a few new exciting adventures that I’m wanting to manifest and the truth is I have been putting off some challenging yet important tasks that will make it easier for me to actually create my dreams into my current reality.

Does anyone else relate? I can’t imagine I’m alone here?

I’m going to share just a bit about my process to get me moving out of overwhelm and into my flow, towards NEW Dreams and Desires.

It’s a bit more simple than one might think, for me, it’s about breaking it down into tiny small movements, ones I can actually see myself doing...because visualization is a powerful tool to manifesting.

I’m going to share my tax story that changed the way I think forever...

I was behind on my taxes, the deadline had passed, a new one was approaching and I was feeling resistant, and overwhelm.

Thankfully I reached out for support and was offered a few simple tasks that created momentum.

The first step, simply to gather all that I need to do my taxes into one pile

Next step, she offered that I could just do one month at a time...WHAAAAT...I never even thought of that! Instead, I only imagined the grueling task of hours and hours of frustration in completing it all at once, which had me in deep procrastination.

Needless to say, I finished my taxes, and it felt so amazing!

The best part is I learned a new skill in life, I often call “Right Size it”...which for me feels like making the steps doable...instead of trying to jump up 10 or 20 steps at a time which is often impossible, leaving us stuck at the bottom feeling defeated.

One step at a time, no need to rush to the top of the Mountain of your “Life Journey“ where you see everything done...maybe instead enjoy each step, each breath, enjoying the connections you make along the way. And my favorite, the beautiful landscape all around, as it’s a mirror of the beauty within.
